Dagon is a reclusive Demon choosing to live alone on an island. Until one day when a woman is accosted on a boat by another man and he goes to save her. After finding her in the water he notices something is different about her and he can't read her thoughts which, is bewildering to him. He then discovers it is because Celia is his fated mate. They spend time alone on the island getting to know each other until Dagon decides that she shouldn't leave, but Celia insists she must get back to her own life she doesn't believe in fate. So he holds her against her will on the island and she hates him for it. He then decides to let her go. I can't go on with this review without spoiling the story for you so I will leave you to read the book yourself to find out what happens next. This was a short easy quick read and an enjoyable one at that I read it in one sitting. I would recommend this book to fans of the Author or to those who are fans of Demon stories. I look forward to reading the next one in this series. I was given and ARC by the Author but I am voluntarily leaving my own opinion in this review.
